For the 4th time, that's right the 4th time BRENDAN FEVOLA has taken out the Lucas Peters Medal for the Best on Ground Award in "RELIVE THE RIVALRY" games. The "Fevolution" had 19 shots on goal and kicked 10 goals. Again, many thanks to VOLTA ARTS & CULTURE (Luke & Zac Hill) in Ballarat for sponsoring this medal.
Well, what a weekend it was., the iconic North Hobart Oval, two teams full of super stars of the past and Hobart turned on the weather. For me personally it only strengthens the argument for a Tasmanian team. Thanks again to all the Sponsors, Partners, Jaimes Wiggins and his small team, an amazing effort.
Regards and love too one and all - CHISSA.
AFL footy is alive and well in Tasmania! The Relive the Rivalry game again showcased our states long and rich AFL history and at the same time shone a bright light on one of the communities most important services, FOODBANK. Being able to play a small part in delivering this game to the Tassie footy public was a huge honour and thoroughly enjoyable. Outstanding work once again by Jaimes Wiggins, his wife Natasha and Erin Griggs you work tirelessly to bring the whole event to life and make it such a rewarding weekend.
We’ll done team Regards Andy “Chopper” Lovel
